CLIENT'S USAGE
The Buyer shall use the digital files only in accordance with the permissions outlined in this agreement. The Buyer’s digital files are for personal use only and shall not be submitted to contests, reproduced for commercial purposes, or altered in any way without the permission of CMarie Artistry. Redistribution of digital images is strictly prohibited. CMarie Artistry grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual, personal-use license to reproduce the Media via print for any non-commercial use, including but not limited to reprints, enlargements, gifts to family and friends, slide shows, and web pages. Title, ownership, and all rights, now and in the future, for the Media remain exclusively with CMarie Artistry. The Media is provided "as is," with no express or implied warranties.
SOCIAL MEDIA USE
CMarie Artistry requests that when images are posted on social media, credit is given to CMarie Artistry. The Buyer shall not crop, edit, or add filters to any photographs, including Facebook’s and Instagram’s automatic filters. Violations may result in fines. All photos are carefully edited to reflect the work of CMarie Artistry.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
Personal, Non-Commercial use of the Media includes:
- Display on personal websites, social media pages and computers
- Making image prints for personal use.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
- Resell, relicense, sub-license, redistribute without express written permission from the Photographer
- Use the Media in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration
- Use the Media in advertising
- Use the Media in a pornographic, obscene, illegal, immoral, libelous, or defamatory manner
- Incorporate the Media into trademarks, logos, or service marks
- Make the Media available for download
Neither C Marie Artistry nor C Marie Artistry’s vendors will be liable for any third party claims or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of this license or Buyer's use of the Media.
LICENSE
All images are the property of CMarie Artistry and are protected by copyright law. They may not be copied, used, or published for commercial purposes without explicit permission from CMarie Artistry.
CMarie Artistry reserves the right to use all client images on its website, blogs, and other marketing materials. For any photos featuring a single minor, explicit permission will be obtained before posting or usage.
